2. Matters Needing Attention In The Production And Coating of Heat Transfer Film

Coating Release Agent

The curing time of the release agent on the surface of the substrate film is short, but in order to make the transfer effect better, the solvent must be completely evaporated before preparing the coating ink, so that the drying temperature can be appropriately increased, or 2~4 color groups can be used for drying . Winding and Cutting In Two Steps
When winding, the expansion shaft is the same as the paper output shaft, the traction force is controlled by the winding motor, and the tension is usually the same as the paper output part, so that the machine can work normally. When a scroll is complete, it can be cut and replaced with another. Heat transfer film rolls are cut into finished products of different widths as required. In order to save costs, heat transfer graphics are usually evenly distributed on a printing plate according to the size, and cut when used. And it is important that the cutting equipment has an automatic deviation correction device, otherwise it will affect the overall effect of the picture.
When printing, the release agent, ink and adhesive should be replenished at any time, and the rolled film should be placed on the paper feeding mechanism in time to ensure continuous printing.
