How to use reflective heat transfer vinyl:

Place the back of the thermal transfer reflective film (the rough side is the back side - the smooth side is the front side) on the position where the graphics on the substrate should be;

Put a piece of thin cotton cloth on the front of the thermal transfer reflective film, and then heat it on the cotton cloth.

Transfer printing: The pressure of the heat press machine is above 0.2kgf/cm^2. Please ensure that the level of the table and the temperature of the heat press board are consistent with the displayed temperature. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the temperature of the heat press board is uniform. The transfer temperature and time depend on the melting point of the hot melt adhesive and the fabric, usually at 150°C for 15 seconds.

Tear film: After the transfer is completed, the reflective film needs to be cold-teared from the PET film. Press the cloth with your hand and tear the film at 180 degrees parallel.

Storage of thermal transfer reflective film: moisture-proof, cool place, avoid direct sunlight, the number of stacked layers is less than 5 layers, and there will be no yellowing and poor transfer within 3 years of storage.

Attention for heat applied film:

1. The based fabric should not be water proof. In that case ,the heat transfer film may easy to peel off.

2. Multilayer, flat and flexibility cushion, as well as base material, heat applied film and controlled temperature equipment.

3. Keep the base material flat on cushion, and as far as possible to keep no tension.

4.Under the temperature 110℃-120℃ , Use the normal pressure to heat press it and last for 10 seconds.

5. Peel off the PET film after cooling.

6. Washed best in 12 hours later, and according to the ISO6330 standard method of 5A provisions, attention to the temperature should be in 40℃ below.
