Reflective clothing (reflective clothing), or what we often call high-visibility clothing, is different from the signboards in the traditional transportation industry. RetroSign

 

The RetroSign GRX series (GRX-1, GRX-3, GRX-7) is currently the most advanced equipment for measuring the retroreflective coefficient of road traffic signs, high-visibility clothing, license plates and reflective tapes. RetroSign GRX integrates specifications that meet the measurement of multiple colors and various types of retroreflective materials including fluorescent materials. RetroSign GRX uses LED light sources to meet the sensor response described in ASTM E1709, including the human eye response and A light source requirements of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE).

  • EN 20471 (high-visibility clothing)

Technical applications

 

The RetroSign GRX series uses advanced sensor technology. In addition to automatic color recognition, it can measure up to 7 observation angles. The angles that users can use are: 0.2°, 0.33°, 0.5°, 0.7°, 1.0°, 1.5° and 2.0°. The built-in digital camera can take pictures of signs and reflective strips, and can also scan barcodes and QR codes for measurement purposes.

 

Automatic color recognition function

 

The incident angle uses a front angle adapter, which is configured with an angle according to different standards, -4° and +5°. According to some special measurement requirements, there are more incident angles to choose from +10°, +15°, +20°, +30°, +40°, +45°, and the incident angle lens can be customized according to the needs. When the device measures different geometric figures, it only needs to add additional angle adapters.

Extended function The expandability of the GRX series is a very powerful feature. Users can upgrade the functions they need. The GRX series includes all the functions and supports paid upgrades for targeted functions later. Data can be imported into a PC via USB or transferred to an iPad tablet via wifi. The data on the tablet can be sent directly to the office if necessary.
