High Intensity Reflective T/C Fabric

It is suitable for sewing on safety protection products with high washing requirements. For example, various reflective vests and other light fabrics.

Silver Grede Reflective Fabric Tape

The color of silver grede reflective fabric tape is silver-white. After upgrading, the reflective brightness is between 350 (cd/lx.m²) and 500 (cd/lx.m²), washed more than 50-100 times (ISO6330), dry cleaned more than 50 times (ISO6330), and industrial washed more than 50 times (ISO6330). It is suitable for sewing on safety protection products with high reflective brightness and high washing resistance requirements, such as high-quality reflective vests or reflective raincoats. In addition to reflective cloth, conventional reflective materials include reflective thermal film, reflective flame retardant cloth, reflective stretch cloth, soft fabric reflective cloth, etc.

T/C Backing Reflective Fabric

TC reflective fabrics tape use 80% polyester and 20% cotton as the base fabric, and are composed of wide-angle and exposed high-refractive glass beads glued to the fabric pad. The structure is glass beads, aluminum-plated reflective layer, adhesive layer, and TC cloth. The composite strength of the reflective layer and TC cloth is improved by optimizing the coating composite process.

Polyester Backing Reflective Fabric

Polyester reflective fabrics tape use 100% chemical fiber as the base fabric, and are composed of wide-angle and exposed high-refractive glass beads glued to the fabric pad. Because it is based on polyester, chemical fiber reflective fabrics have the durability of polyester. This makes the fabric not only highly wear-resistant, but also increases the life of the reflective fabric. Chemical fiber reflective fabrics are thinner than TC reflective fabrics.
