Preparation of release agent: Use low-viscosity transparent resin to prepare release agent, which is required to have release properties, film-forming properties and adhesion, and pay attention to controlling the viscosity.

Prepare ink: Use gravure ink to prepare thermal transfer ink. Select the base film according to the purpose of the printed product, the nature of the printed material or the requirements of the building board, and check the ink fineness, viscosity, hue, tinting strength and other indicators.

Glue mixing process: Use hot melt glue as the adhesive for thermal transfer. The film is required to be transparent after drying and have excellent composite fastness, flexibility and wear resistance on the surface coated with release agent and ink. Water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and other media resistance and weather resistance.

Coating the release agent: Apply the release agent on the surface of the base film, and control the thickness to about 5 μm, not too thick or too thin.
