 Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl Film Application Effect 

The application effects of reflective heat transfer vinyl film are as follows:

1.High-precision printing. Reflective vinyl for shirts. Complex patterns or text can be transferred to the surface of clothing to make the printing effect more detailed.
2.Weather and chemical resistance. It can be used in various harsh environments and is not easily corroded by external substances.
3.Good plasticity. Can adapt to objects of different shapes and sizes for a wider range of applications.
At the same time, reflective heat transfer vinyl film also has some limitations, such as it cannot be used outdoors and its lifespan is relatively short.

The manufacturing process of reflective heat transfer vinyl film is:

1.Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and other additives are mixed together to create the base material.
2.After the base material is heated, it is pressed into a film through a calender.
3.The calendered film is quickly cooled so that it maintains a certain shape and size.
4.Print various patterns and text on the cut sheets.
5.The cut sheets are combined with the reflective film to make a reflective heat transfer vinyl film.
6.Conduct quality inspection on finished products, including inspection of size, thickness, reflective effect, etc.

Attention for heat applied film:

1. The based fabric should not be water proof. In that case ,the heat transfer film may easy to peel off.
2. Multilayer, flat and flexibility cushion, as well as base material, heat applied film and controlled temperature equipment.
3. Keep the base material flat on cushion, and as far as possible to keep no tension.
4.Under the temperature 110℃-120℃ , Use the normal pressure to heat press it and last for 10 seconds.
5. Peel off the PET film after cooling.
6. Washed best in 12 hours later, and according to the ISO6330 standard method of 5A provisions, attention to the temperature should be in 40℃ below.
