YSM has the current market commonly used reflective material reflective tape and reflective heat transfer film, one is used for sewing, and the other is used for hot stamping. Reflective heat transfer film, also known as "hot stamping film", is a kind of reflective material of hot stamping processing, generally with a hot stamping machine at a certain pressure and temperature. It has strong reflective brightness, washing resistance, friction resistance, can be fit in TPU, PVC, PU, cloth, clothing, ribbon, shoes and other different substrates above and engraved characters, engraved trademarks, etc., at night or in the case of poor vision can play a role in safety warning, and has a certain aesthetic.
Attention for heat applied film:
1. The based fabric should not be water proof. In that case ,the heat transfer film may easy to peel off.
2. Multilayer, flat and flexibility cushion, as well as base material, heat applied film and controlled temperature equipment.
3. Keep the base material flat on cushion, and as far as possible to keep no tension.
4.Under the temperature 110℃-120℃ , Use the normal pressure to heat press it and last for 10 seconds.
5. Peel off the PET film after cooling.
6. Washed best in 12 hours later, and according to the ISO6330 standard method of 5A provisions, attention to the temperature should be in 40℃ below.
Reflectivity：
