Material and structure
YSM reflective safety fabric manufacturers use high-quality high-brightness glass beads as the reflective layer. These beads are precisely arranged to maximize light reflection, providing excellent visibility even at night or in low-light environments. The back is designed with an easy-to-sew edge or special coating to ensure that it is not easy to slide during sewing and is easy to combine with fabrics such as clothing.
Fabric layer: It is made of high-quality polyester (Polyester, referred to as T) and cotton (Cotton, referred to as C). The T/C ratio is scientifically matched (such as 65% polyester + 35% cotton), which not only retains the wear resistance and wrinkle resistance of polyester, but also incorporates the softness and breathability of cotton, ensuring the applicability of the tape in a variety of environments.
Reflective layer: Built-in high-brightness glass beads or prism-type reflective materials can form strong reflected light under light, significantly improve visibility at night or in low-light environments, and ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles.
