Heat Transfer Reflective Film Process
Prepare raw materials: including heat transfer film, heat transfer ink, release agent, glue, etc.
Making a thermal transfer film: Coat the thermal transfer ink on the PET film as required, and then dry it in an oven to make a thermal transfer film.
Printing pattern: Use a gravure printing machine to print the pattern on the heat transfer film.
Thermal transfer printing: Place the printed thermal transfer film on the part where the reflective effect is required, and use a heat press to heat-press it to make the reflective material closely fit the clothing fabric.
Cooling and peeling: After hot pressing, wait for a period of time to allow the heat transfer film to cool and be fixed on the clothing fabric, then peel off the heat transfer film to complete the production of reflective heat transfer.

Attention for heat applied film
1. The based fabric should not be water proof. In that case ,the heat transfer film may easy to peel off.
2. Multilayer, flat and flexibility cushion, as well as base material, heat applied film and controlled temperature equipment.
3. Keep the base material flat on cushion, and as far as possible to keep no tension.
4.Under the temperature 110℃-120℃ , Use the normal pressure to heat press it and last for 10 seconds.
5. Peel off the PET film after cooling.
6. Washed best in 12 hours later, and according to the ISO6330 standard method of 5A provisions, attention to the temperature should be in 40℃ below.
