Product production process

 

Raw material procurement and preparation

Glass beads: Select glass beads with high refractive index and high light transmittance to ensure excellent reflective performance. These beads undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that their particle size distribution is uniform and free of impurities.

T/C substrate: High-quality polyester-cotton blended (T/C) fabric is used as the substrate. The fabric has good wear resistance, tear resistance and stability, and can carry the reflective layer and maintain long-term reliability.

Other auxiliary materials: Including polyurethane resin, solvent, additives, etc., all use environmentally friendly and high-performance materials to ensure that the product is non-toxic, harmless and meets international safety standards.

 

Glass bead processing

Wash the purchased glass beads to remove dust and impurities on the surface.

Drying treatment is carried out to ensure that the beads are dry and free of moisture to avoid affecting the reflective effect.
The dried glass beads are graded and the particle size range that meets the requirements is screened to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the reflective layer.

 

Adhesive preparation

Mix the polyurethane resin, solvent and additive in a certain proportion, and stir them thoroughly and evenly through a stirring device to form a viscous adhesive. The formulation of the adhesive has been carefully developed and optimized to ensure that it has good adhesion, weather resistance and stability.

 

Coating and Lamination

The treated T/C substrate is sent to the coating machine, and the adhesive is evenly coated on the surface of the substrate through a precise coating process.
Before the adhesive is completely cured, the treated glass beads are evenly spread on the adhesive, and the beads are fixed on the substrate by the viscosity of the adhesive.
The substrate coated with the reflective coating is pressed by the composite equipment so that the glass beads and the adhesive are tightly combined to form a stable reflective layer.

 

Curing and Drying

The substrate coated with the reflective coating is sent to an oven or tunnel furnace for heating and curing. By controlling the temperature and time, the adhesive is fully cross-linked into a mesh structure to improve the adhesion and stability.
After curing, natural cooling or forced cooling is carried out to make the product reach room temperature.

 

Cutting and Packaging

The cured reflective cloth tape is cut to a fixed width according to customer needs using high-precision cutting equipment.
The cut tape is wound to form a tape roll and packaged. The packaging material is moisture-proof, dust-proof and pressure-resistant to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation and storage.

 

Quality Inspection and Testing

The T/C reflective cloth tape produced is subjected to comprehensive quality inspection, including appearance inspection (such as defects such as bubbles, scratches, impurities), reflective performance testing (such as reflective coefficient, reflective angle and other indicators) and adhesion testing.
All products are guaranteed to meet the quality standards of YSM and relevant international safety standards before they can be shipped.
