YSM reflective piping adopts advanced micro prismatic reflection technology and high-quality substrate. It is a strip material with integrated high reflective performance. It is usually combined with textile fabrics through special processes to form a safety decorative strip that is both beautiful and practical. Reflective piping for clothing is mainly used in work clothes, outdoor sportswear, rescue clothing and traffic safety equipment. It has the advantages of durability, waterproof, wear resistance and easy cleaning.

Substrate: polyester, polyester cotton or polyester spandex are available
Color: gray, bright silver or color for custom selection
Reflective coefficient (RA): Our reflective coefficient is up to 500 cd/lux*m².
Width and thickness: The standard width ranges from 0.5 cm to 2 cm, commonly used 0.7 cm, 0.8 cm, can be customized according to customer needs.
Washability: After 50 home washes, it can still maintain more than 80% of the initial reflective performance, in line with ISO 6330 standards.
Weather resistance: The reflective effect is still stable in an environment of -30°C to 70°C, suitable for various extreme climate conditions.
Environmentally friendly materials: Environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials are used, which meet the requirements of OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.
