Durability and washability

YSM reflective heat transfer tape uses high-quality glass microbead technology, which can effectively reflect light under light exposure and has extremely high reflectivity. This ensures the wearer's visibility at night or in low-light environments and improves safety. Its reflectivity meets international standards such as EN20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107.

YSM's reflective tape has excellent washability and has passed the rigorous tests of ISO6330, ISO3175 and ISO15797. It can still maintain its reflective effect after multiple washing, dry cleaning and high-temperature cleaning. In addition, it is resistant to UV rays and wear, and is suitable for use in various harsh environments.

We offer a variety of substrate options, such as PES (polyester) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), which not only ensure that the tape has good flexibility, weather resistance and adhesiveness, but also adapt to different fabrics and uses. YSM heat transfer tape is particularly suitable for elastic fabrics, so that it can still maintain high comfort and stretch after being used on clothing.

Storage conditions

Packaging and shelf life

Reflective heat transfer tape should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight. The optimal storage temperature is 18-25°C, and the humidity is controlled between 30%-50%. Avoid exposing the tape to high temperature or humidity for a long time to prevent material aging, reduced viscosity or performance degradation.

Reflective tape has been specially packaged at the factory to prevent contamination and damage. When not in use, it should be kept in the original packaging state and minimize handling and squeezing. The tape is usually best used within 12 months after the production date, and it is recommended to use it as soon as possible during this period.

Maintenance

During daily use, avoid excessive pulling or violent tearing of the tape. Especially for reflective tape on clothing or other flexible products, it should be washed and dry-cleaned in the correct way, avoiding the use of strong alkaline detergents or bleach, which will affect the reflective effect and material life.
