Raw material quality control

Supplier evaluation: We strictly screen raw material suppliers to ensure that they have stable supply capabilities and good product quality.
Raw material inspection:
    · Preliminary inspection: After receiving the raw materials, the warehouse manager first checks the quantity, type and label content to ensure that they are consistent with the purchase order.
    · Detailed inspection: The incoming material inspection personnel further check the raw materials according to the acceptance form and the purchase order, including specifications, types and quality. If there is any discrepancy, it will be rejected immediately and the relevant departments will be notified.
    · Warehousing: Raw materials that have passed the detailed inspection will be registered for warehousing and properly stored.

Production process control

Process control: Our production line uses advanced production processes and equipment to ensure that the tape is evenly coated, fully dried and completely cured.

Online inspection: During the production process, we conduct strict online inspections on each process to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
Production records: We record the production process of each batch of products in detail, including raw material usage, process parameters, etc., for traceability and analysis.

Finished product inspection

Appearance inspection: We conduct an appearance inspection on each roll of flame-retardant reflective tape to ensure that the surface of the tape is flat, free of bubbles and impurities.
Flame retardant performance test: We test the tape for flame retardant performance according to UL94 V-0 standard to ensure that the flame retardant performance meets the requirements.
Reflective performance test: We use professional reflective performance testing equipment to test the tape for reflective performance to ensure that the reflective effect meets the standards.

Factory inspection

Sampling test: We conduct sampling test on each batch of flame retardant reflective tape shipped to ensure that each batch of products meets the quality requirements.
Issuing report: We provide detailed factory inspection report and third-party test report for each batch of products shipped for customer reference.
