The retroreflective coefficient of YSM Reflective Thermal Transfer Tape reaches 450 cd/(lx·m²), which is much higher than the minimum requirement of ISO 20471 standard (330 cd/(lx·m²)), ensuring excellent reflective effect under various lighting conditions.

Durability:

Our tapes have been rigorously tested for washing resistance, and after 50 industrial washes (according to ISO 15797), 50 washes at 60°C (ISO6330) and 25 dry cleanings (ISO3175), the reflective performance can still be maintained at more than 85%.

Maintenance of YSM reflective heat transfer tape

Cleaning method:

Temperature control: It is recommended to use warm water for washing, and the water temperature should not exceed 40°C to prevent high temperature from damaging the reflective material.
Detergent selection: Use neutral detergent and avoid using detergents containing bleach, softener and enzyme to maintain the reflective performance of the tape.
Washing method: Try to choose hand washing. If using a washing machine, it is recommended to use the soft washing mode and turn the reflective material clothes inside out for washing.

Drying method:

Natural drying: The best drying method is natural drying, avoid long-term exposure to sunlight to prevent ultraviolet rays from damaging the reflective material.
Dryer use: If using a dryer, it is recommended to choose low temperature drying (not exceeding 60°C) to prevent high temperature from damaging the tape.

Storage environment:

Store away from light: The reflective tape should be stored in a dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight to prevent long-term damage to the tape by ultraviolet rays.
Temperature and humidity control: The storage environment temperature should be between 10-30°C, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 50-70% to maintain the best performance of the tape.
Avoid contact with chemicals: Reflective heat transfer tape should avoid contact with substances containing organic solvents, acidic and alkaline chemicals, grease, etc. to prevent affecting its reflective properties and adhesion.
