YSM bright silver grade T/C sliver reflective tape is mainly composed of the following parts:

Base fabric layer: Polyester-cotton (T/C) blended fabric base fabric is used as the base material, which not only retains the wear resistance of polyester and the comfort of cotton, but also takes into account breathability and durability.

Reflective layer: It is composed of high-quality glass beads or microprisms. Through a special coating process, the reflective material is evenly distributed on the surface of the base fabric.

Adhesive layer: Environmentally friendly polymer adhesives are used to firmly attach the reflective layer to the base fabric to ensure the durability and washability of the reflective effect.

Working principle

The reflective principle of YSM bright silver grade T/C reflective fabric is mainly based on the reflection of light. The glass beads or microprism structure can reflect light back to the direction of the light source under light irradiation, thereby significantly improving the visibility of the illuminated object.

Durability
The reflective fabric has been specially treated and has excellent wear resistance, bending resistance and washing resistance. It has passed the certification of 50 times of 60℃ water washing (ISO6330), 50 times of dry cleaning (ISO3175) and 50 times of industrial washing at 75℃ (ISO15797). The service life is up to 3 years, which ensures stability and reliability during long-term use.
