Color reflective heat transfer vinyl  is a functional material with PET as the base material and a colored reflective coating on the surface. Through high temperature and high pressure heat transfer technology, it can be attached to a variety of fabric surfaces such as T-shirts, sportswear, work clothes, backpacks, etc., which not only enhances the appearance, but also improves visibility at night or in low light environments.

Compared with ordinary thermal transfer film, it is not only more outstanding in reflective brightness (reflective brightness can reach more than 300cd/lux·㎡), but also has more diverse color options, such as silver gray, golden yellow, rose red, fruit green, royal blue and other colors to choose from, truly achieving the combination of functionality and aesthetics.

Process flow of reflective heat transfer vinyl

YSM's reflective heat transfer vinyl adopts high reflective micro glass bead coating process. After the following main steps, it is ensured that each roll of products shipped out of the factory can meet the high standards of the industry:

• Base film treatment: High-transparency PET film is selected as the base material, and the adhesion is improved after corona treatment.
• Reflective coating: Advanced coating equipment is used to evenly spray the composite coating containing high-brightness glass beads, color dyes, and resins on the surface of the PET base film to ensure that each bead has a precise angle and uniform distribution.
• Drying and shaping: After the coating is completed, it enters the constant temperature drying tunnel for full curing to improve the adhesion and flexibility of the coating.
• Hot melt adhesive coating: A layer of environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive is applied on the back to ensure that it is firmly attached during thermal transfer and is not easy to warp or fall off.
• Rewinding and slitting: According to customer needs, the mother roll product is cut into 25cm, 50cm or other customized widths, and finally rewound and packaged for delivery.

The whole process is carried out in a dust-free workshop to ensure that the product surface is clean, the color is full and free of impurities.
